is a non-executive Director of Orchard Associates, a California based investment consulting firm. He is also non-executive Chairman of Medical Technologies Limited, an early stage medical equipment company based in the UK.

He is a non-executive Director of L.M. Scofield company (Europe) Limited and its California based parent company. He is advisor for fund raising and strategy consultant for European business development for Sonetech Limited, a Silicon Valley based e-commerce software company.

Mr. Arnold was Principal, Lead Manager and Initiator of a $15 million management buy-in of a family owned textile distribution company in Germany.

Prior to this, Mr. Arnold spent six years in investment banking. During this period, Mr. Arnold was a Director with West LB (UK) Limited in their Acquisition/ Corporate Finance department and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions of BHF Bank in London.

Mr. Arnold holds dual American/British nationality. He has an MBA from IMEDE (presently IMD) in Switzerland, a BA from Stanford University, California and has completed significant coursework toward a doctorate from the University of Oxford, UK.

Mr. Arnold is the President of the Stanford Club of Great Britain. He was a member of the US National Water Polo Team and three times US National Water Polo Champion during 1979-80.

He was also British Cup Champion in Water Polo during 1986 and a Special Envoy to the National Olympic Committee Services Department, Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games.
